Recognising the efficacy of big data and artificial intelligence in optimising sharper insights and outcomes for public health, the Data Operations and Architecture Department will take a proactive role to drive the design of a 360-view citizen-centric data architecture and the implementation of data operations to support and facilitate an evidence-based, data-driven approach to programme delivery. Job Summary

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Activation Manager to join a growing integrated activation team, working on 3-4 complex and fulfilling Technology brands (B2B). What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Activation Director to develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media and activation proposal
• Build proposals and solutions alongside strategy, data & insights & activation teams aligned with our integrated demand solution
• Support briefing to all partners and ensure they are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are fully met
• Build effective client relationships and acts as day-to-day activation partner; working with Client Marketing to ensure they achieve the client’s activation objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship
• Provides hands on support and guidance for more junior members of the activation team in the planning and execution of campaigns, sharing expertise and knowledge to ensure work is completed accurately and exceeds client expectations.
• Owns projects from initial scoping and brief through to execution with support from the Activation & Client Marketing Team
• Is a committed, responsible, and confident leader of projects, who can work both independently and as part of the wider team
• Helps to manage client finance process (PO filing, invoicing, remittances) and supplier finance tasks
• Attends weekly client meetings and actions client requests and briefs in a timely manner
• Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners for proposals
• Engage clients on day-to-day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels
• Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds
• Oversee all performance across channels (Content Syndication, Search, Social, Programmatic etc.)
• Monitor and optimize performance during campaign period and comfortable defining reporting requirements and cadences with meaningful insights and learnings

Reports to: Marine Safety Manager

Monitor the fleet’s navigational, deck and cargo operation efficiency, ship and crew safety policies and ISM system.

A. Navigational Operation

§ Liaise with Masters on chart/publication/ENC updating & navigational issues.

§ Informs vessels of National, Class, International regulations and rules in force.

§ Informs vessels of Company’s policy and regulations in force.

§ Liaise with Masters on maintenance of LSA/FFA equipment.

§ Provide Masters with navigational information where required.

B. Crew Operation

§ Vetting of officers and crew for employment on vessels.

§ Organise familiarisation and plan overlapping of senior officers.

§ Handling of crew disciplinary matters.

§ To liaise with Crewing Executive Officer on crew performance.

§ Provide briefing to senior deck officers joining vessels.

§ Debriefing of returning senior deck officers.

C. Ships’ Operation

§ Liaise with Owners/Charterers on vessel operational matters.

§ Liaise with Master/Port Agents on operational and crew matters and/or schedule.

§ Attend to shipboard visits/inspections/surveys as per Company’s policy. To submit written report to Marine Safety Manager.

§ During inspections, to review effectiveness of Company’s ISM policies.

§ Issue necessary instructions pertaining to vessel safety matters.

§ Vetting of ships’ monthly returns and plan vessels future requirements.

§ Monitoring vessels survey status pertaining to deck, status of validity of cargo gear, LSA and FFA equipment certification etc.

§ Vetting of charts and publications requisitions.

§ Shall arrange to inspect each vessel under his charge at intervals of not more than six months (-/+1 months). A check list, VIQ7, shall be used as guidance.

§ Any defects noted is to be listed in the defects list (form G-06) and signed by the Superintendent, the Master and Chief Engineer. He should also verify that the maintenance is being carried out in accordance to the PMS.

§ For all NC noted during the inspection, the Master is to raise a Non-conformance as per Company’s Form S-05

§ At each visit on board, a safety meeting should also be carried out if time permits.

Job requirements:

· With at least three years’ experience of captain on oil tanker or LPG

· Be familiar with the international and domestic laws, conventions and regulations in relation to navigation and the up-to-date industry requirements of ISM, ISPS code, SOLAS convention, MARPOL73/78, IGC code, IBC code, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, TMSA etc. and marine affairs management.

· With strong organization and coordination ability;

· With good English language skills;

· Be in good health, full of energy.

What qualifications will make you successful?

In this role practical experience will carry a high weighting than formal qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience as a Project Manager in BMS, HVAC, or Industrial Controls / Automation.
• PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent
• Advantage to have experience in construction project management within a Data Centre environment.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (or similar) a plus.
