Website Management
Work with Japan HQ to plan, execute new enhancements and maintenance for regional website.
Generate data driven insights using GA for customer journey and plan
Undertake SEO initiatives together with team members to improve google ranking for selected keywords

Job Description:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.
   Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
   
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
   Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure team members have the resources needed to complete their assignments.
   
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   Proactively address issues to keep the project on track.
   
4. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets.
   Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the approved budget.
   
5. Communication: Communicate project objectives, updates, and timelines to all stakeholders.
   Facilitate regular project status meetings and report on progress.
   
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
   Conduct thorough testing and verification processes.
   
7. Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones.
   Implement adjustments to the project plan as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
   
8. Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
   Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
   
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
   Ensure all project-related information is properly archived.
   
10. Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance future project success.
    

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.

Location: Kallang (walking distance from Bendemeer MRT)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Scope:

• Check and match of vendor's DO, PO and invoices.
• Posting of supplier invoices and expenses.
• Vendor creation and update on vendor master records.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
• Prepare and file quarterly GST reports.
• Prepare balance sheet.
• Prepare month end closing.
• Post and compile daily sales reports.
• Check and monitor petty cash claims.
• Assist in year end audit.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Accounting & Finance.
• Min. 4 years of experience in accounting & finance.

Job Description

• Reporting to the VP, Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities for Medical Devices regionally and globally, exploring all innovative ideas and establishing relationships with customers, provide strategic sales leadership to drive business growth, revenue and gaining market share, ensuring that target marketing goals are met.
• You will also collate and analyse marketing data and competitors' activities in order to keep abreast of market requirements.

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma or its equivalent with minimum 5 years' sales and marketing experience in a plastic molding industry
• Result oriented and highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently Mature with
  good leadership qualities, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001/13485 QMS and IATF QMS will be an added advantage
• Possess own vehicle
