• Ensure members are enjoying their drinks and meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Help food preparation and setup when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with private chefs and internal staffs
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Past working experience as concierge, hotel concierge, front-desk, ex-cabin crew, or luxury products sales
• Ablity to speak English and Chinese as the club has chinese speaking members.
• 5 day work week, occassionally weekend if there is an event
