Job Description

• Monitor systems performance and usage, including response times.
• Supervise backups, optimisation, initiation of recovery procedures and routine troubleshooting.
• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure systems integrity and security.
• Provide technical advice to the team and clients on installation, setup, configuration of systems.
• Implement plans to make systems available to users in a shared, secure and controlled manner.
• Identify any complex system issues to provide advisory to the stakeholders.
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows/Linux/VMWare).
• Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the following software/hardware - Active Directory, Exchange Server & Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SAN Storage & Backup.
• Develop automated processes to define, measure, and report on service quality, stability and capacity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
• Systematic in approach and familiar with enterprise level trouble shooting.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

1. Need to take Bar Bending Schedule from rebar structural drawings.

2. Need to Take the exact rebar quantities from the provided drawings.

3. Submission of Cost control reports for total rebars received & total rebars used & wastages.

4. Able to test and use the communication devices.

Job Requirements :

1. Experience in Bar Bending Schedule.

2. Diploma or above relevant qualifications.

3. Previous Singapore work experience will be an added advantage

Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination on site.

Manage day to day site operations

Attend clients, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings

Manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team.

Deploy required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements.

Promote strong safety culture and ensure site safety and vironmental control measures are in place at all times.
