What will you be doing?
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Field Service Coordination Engineer to be part of our team. You will be a member of our Field Service Management team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. Your main focus area will be to organize service attendances through our global service network, participate on shifts, support engineers while on board following system’s requirements.
- Four-year degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
- Experience in customer support
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
- IT skills in the area of Microsoft domain, Storage systems (NAS)
- Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Great communication and teamwork skills
Great to have
- Experience on maritime business and vessel environment
- Microsoft Certifications
- Experience with various Maritime Applications
