- Qualification shall be Diploma in Civil and structural or ITI.
- Min. 10 years working experience for Steel Structural and 7 Years experience for Tekla (Ssteel)
- Software skills , must be proficient with AutoCAD ,Tekla (Xsteel), PDMS
- Strong Knowledge of Steelwork detailing works (welded/bolted).
- Preparation of Steel Structural engineering drawings for Structural Discipline by AutoCAD.
- Engineering drawings includes Steelwork General Arrangement, Connection Details and welding map drawing.
- Modeling the steelwork in 3D using the Tekla Software.
- Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings for the steel works which to be used in Fabrication Yard and Site.
- Preparation of Assembly drawings from Tekla for the steel works which to be used in Fabrication Yard.
- Preparation of Single Part drawings from Tekla for the steel works which to be used in Fabrication Yard.
- Preparation of Cutting List for the structural Bar Items.
- Preparation of Nesting Plan for the structural plate Items.
- Liaise with the Engineering Team for the input drawings.
- Co-ordinate with the fabricator and Shop drawing vendor.
- Review the shop drawing received from the sub-Vendor/
- Handling the technical queries from the fabrication Shop and Site if any.
- Review of Vendor Documents of various Static Equipment, Dynamic Equipment, Tank, Pump, Switch gear, control panels, HVAC Equipment, VFD and Process Packages, Boiler/Heater/Incinerator etc..
- Understand the Inter discipline (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, F&G) co-ordination required for the project and performs the same within the targeted schedule.
