Your assignment

• Building and maintaining required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, loading and serving of data from various data sources.

The Engineering TAC (ETAC) team is an exciting crossroads between Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Engineering. This team is uniquely empowered to drive decisions and to be the thought leaders within the Global Customer Support organization at Palo Alto Networks. • Manage Manufacturing Execution Systems and Process Data Historians Implementation, maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Provide Automation Systems training to Automation Engineers and end users on process automation.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of automation system, proactively address potential safety and quality issues, regularly review and address frequent occurring alarms.
• Participate or lead quality or safety investigations and implement any automation solutions resultant from these investigations.
• Automation representative in capital projects involving facilities, utilities, equipment and system integration.
• Validate new systems and changes to existing systems.
• Develop, revise and review SOPs as needed.
• Audit and update existing system documentation and procedures
• Monitor and maintain automation systems and ensure system operations are optimized.

Qualification and experience

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree with 6 ~ 8 years+ relevant experience in Control Systems especially DeltaV, Siemens etc., preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards (response time and resolution time.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service request.
