Job Requirement:

• Perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) in accordance with in-house Metrology SOPs.
• Maintain calibration and qualification tools, ensuring timely upkeep.
• Coordinate with and oversee External Third-Party (3P) vendors for calibration, PMs, qualifications, and repairs.
• Ensure External 3P vendors meet Customer off-site and on-site qualifications prior to service execution.
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc service requests from Laboratory End Users, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Recommend appropriate inventory levels for critical equipment parts and tools to minimize downtime and aid budget planning.
• Accurately document and manage service records, training, and asset information in the in-house Asset Management system.
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination among customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Criteria:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Job Description:

• As a team member, you will be assigned various modules and features for maintenance and re-development in order to enhance and maintain its HR system
• You will be responsible for 2nd level support – troubleshooting and fact finding system issues as reported by end-users
• You will be required to apply your knowledge in backend development to create and maintain RESTful APIs via C# running on .NET Core.

1. Plan, execute and supervise all Building Maintenance Engineer related facilities services.In Charge of building services, system operations and the maintenance on-site. Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.
2. To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.Ensure effective and safe operations of all Building Services' equipment and system with the team of technical officers and technicians.
3. Coordinate and supervise the building and maintenance work. Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
4. Carrying out regular inspection and provide recommendation for improvement or rectification work if needed. Conducting regular inspection to ensure all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
