· Support Construction Project Manager on subcontractors sourcing, issuing, work scope clarification, sub-contractors evaluation & selection, cost negotiation and PO issuance.

• Supports the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
