• Implement organizational change as part of the digital transformation, particularly in advancing lab automation and data integration.
• Provide support to tasks/assignments on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely execution of all ongoing initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a research or technology environment.
• Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, or programme leadership is advantageous.
• Track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with an emphasis on research innovation and digital transformation.
• Sound understanding of lab automation, AI, data, and computing technologies within a research context.
• Superb leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
