Requirements

· Min. Degree in engineering, business management, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.

· Over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within valves/piping in the oil/gas or water treatment industries, with a proven track record of business growth and partnership development.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, lead organizational change, and make critical decisions under pressure.

· Expertise in sales and marketing within the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to navigate complex challenges while adjusting to evolving business needs.

Working days & hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday
Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 5,000
Location: Raeburn Park, Singapore (Nearest MRT: Outram Park / Harbourfront)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the print team and oversee development of work for consumer/corporate client campaigns and projects
• Conceptualising and proposing innovative print ideas (ATL/BTL)
• Oversee the day-to-day work of the design team and provide art direction guidance
• Experience work on several projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent from an accredited art/design school or university
• Min. of 3 years professional experience as an Art Director in print and design creative
• Proficient in all the Graphic Design software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand is preferably.
• Sound knowledge in print production process preferred
