• Contract Negotiation & Closing - Lead negotiations to close sales and secure new contracts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.

Key Requirements

• Experienced in regional and/or China markets.

• Native speaker and business proficiency of Mandarin as candidates will be targeting Chinese firms entering Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the HR strategy at the local level and ensuring the global HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines
• Responsible to deploy global HR projects to the relevant region with focus on HR operations, compensation & benefits, compliance matter, employee’s engagement, talent management, career development, learning & development, performance management etc.

Education
