Here are the key responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
  • Cover Asian sectors with primary focus on Asia-ex Japan stocks.
  • Provide coverage and regular updates of stocks on the Buy Lists.
  • Provide initiation of coverage of new stock ideas.
  • Undertake research, financial modeling and conduct due diligence on companies and industries to generate value-added investment ideas.
  • Write comprehensive research reports to support investment recommendations and present investment ideas to the CIO & portfolio managers.
  • Provide regular idea generation and stock picks to CIO & portfolio managers.

  Supportive Roles:
  • Provide research support including IPO and sector teach-in.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of IT services.
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services.
• Manage change request, service request and production support issues and ensure service levels are met;
• Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives
• Review post production issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures;
• Plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches;

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in IT or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows operating environments.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment.
• Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of web languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript);
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers (e.g. IIS, WebSphere Application Server);

1. Stories Refinement
a. Understanding the requirements received from the product owner or business stakeholders
b. Document the requirement in form of user stories
c. Refine the requirements and prepare detailed user stories with acceptance criteria (including NFR and monitoring needs), target business process, changes required in application from current state to target state, screen mock up, data mapping, rules sheet and interface mapping etc.
d. Walkthrough the refined user stories with business stakeholders and product owners to confirm the scope
e. Explain the requirement to squad members in the backlog grooming session and further refine story as needed
f. Review the solution presented by developers and architects to validate if the solution would meet business needs
g. Review the test cases prepared by testers to validate if the testers would cover the acceptance criteria
2. Analysis of production bugs
a. Receive the incident raised by business users on production bugs
b. Analyse the bug to understand what caused the bug and present finding to developers to fix
c. Review the fix done by developers to validate if the fix has resolved the issue permanently
d. Where needed, guide the squad to find interim solution and/or data patch.
3. Support UAT/in-sprint testing/regression testing/UVT
a. Guide UAT users on what needs to be tested. Where needed, prepare UAT test cases and test data
b. Explain the UAT users on test approach, and handhold during testing period
c. Analyse any defects raised (during SIT/UAT/Regression testing) and guide developers on what need to be fixed
d. Where needed, test the functionality from business perspective and document the test results.
4. Backlog maintenance

In this role, you will work closely with a Portfolio Manager and play a critical role in the development, implementation, and optimization of alpha-generating trading strategies across the Macro and Fixed Income markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous research to uncover alpha opportunities within the Macro and Fixed Income markets, encompassing asset classes such as bond futures, equity index futures, foreign exchange (FX), commodity futures, interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), U.S. Treasuries (USTs), Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS), inflation, and swaptions.
• Leverage strong quantitative and analytical skills to design, backtest, and implement systematic trading strategies with holding periods ranging from intraday to one month.
• Continuously refine and improve existing trading models to ensure optimal performance and risk management.
• Collaborate effectively with the Portfolio Management team to integrate new strategies into the overall investment framework.

Qualifications

• Demonstrably successful experience in quantitative research or systematic trading, with a specific focus on the Macro and/or Fixed Income markets. Prior experience as an Analyst, Quantitative Researcher, or Sub-Portfolio Manager is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of independently developing and deploying alpha-generating trading strategies with a strong focus on risk management.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets, quantitative modeling techniques, and best practices in risk management.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python programming with a robust foundation in mathematics and statistics.
• Experience with industry-standard financial data analysis tools and trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Python libraries).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present complex quantitative concepts to senior management.
