Job Objectives
· To lead and deliver AML SAM Actimize upgrade into Production according to the SDM policies
· To provide reliable and timely system analysis and support for AML Transaction monitoring system upgrade
· To provide reliable leadership and support during System Integration Testing and UAT phases.
· To manage and resolve Audit and Security findings timely
· To identify early and escalate critical delivery show stopper with proper context timely and to propose viable solutions or workarounds where possible
Key Responsibilities
· Perform analysis on Business Requirement and document proposed solution in Functional specification and estimate required effort
· AML Transaction monitoring system Design, Development and Unit Testing
· Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT
· Manage and work with vendor teams to successfully deliver upgrade of SAM v9.0 for AML systems
· Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system delivery
· Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in Devops environment.
· Setup and maintain application Infrastructure in Unix, Windows and Oracle environment
· Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via
· the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools
· Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level.
Key Requirements
· At least 10 years of AML system enhancements for Transaction Monitoring delivery experience in the banking industry
· Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work on AML-Actimize application (RCM, SAM, AIS)
· Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of upgrade or defects fixes work
· Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills
· Hands on experience in data mapping from source to target systems
· Proven and strong vendor management capability
· Good application design and Operational impact awareness
· More than 9 years of total IT industry experience
· Good communication skills and experienced in MS-Excel and Powepoint presentations
· Able to collaborate and lead the system analysis as an individual contributor
