• Manage, minimize / eliminate supplier inflation/price increase request(s) and escalate to appropriate Global Supply Chain team for further leverage accordingly

MAIN PURPOSE

The role of a Demand & Supply Planning Executive is to support the overall business, financial & supply chain management process by rigorous management of the demand signals for the various brands, product types and customer channels. They will play a key role in the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by working with the multi-functional teams (namely Sales, Marketing and Finance) to assure tight alignment in the forecast (which will drive the supply, inventory & production plans) and financial plans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DEMAND PLANNING

• Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure robust process is in place to facilitate the 18mths forecast development of by SKU & aggregate forecast based on the brands intelligence from the multifunctional teams (eg incorporating latest promotion plans, in-market performance of the new launches, competitive activities, macro market trends, customers’ plans, trade inventory etc)
• Lead forecast building block for New products & build baseline for Regular product range.
• Maintain & update New products Finished Goods & Point of Sale Materials (POSM) forecast tracker
• Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes

• Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP and KPI reports

SUPPLY PLANNING

• Plan rolling 15 months supply needs and execute procurement of finished goods from global suppliers

• Facilitate local outbound documentations for Intra-regional transfers
• Manage inventory to meet service/fill rate level in a cost-effective manner
• Follow up on shipments for product launches and promos, expedite IVAS for urgent needs
• Partner with key stakeholders regularly and communicate any updates
• Provide & communicate Inventory analysis reports, Vendors’ & Customers’ fill rates, stock shortage risks with Brands’ stakeholders
• Consolidate monthly purchase of Finished Goods & Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for approval
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing on prevention & management of Slow and Obsolete Inventory (SLOBs), identify aged & damaged or unconsumed inventory for clearance & write off approval

REQUIREMENTS

About This Role:-

The Senior Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

The successful candidate is also expected to provide operational, client servicing and account management support to member’s queries relating to their trades or transactions on AsiaNext platform.

In addition, the successful candidate is expected to execute onboarding and other operations tasks in line with documented standard operation procedure.

Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the Head of Operations:

• Responsible for level 1 onboarding screening on every new member through collating of onboarding documents, validating document completeness and following up on document deficiency.
• Conduct onboarding screening check and client due diligence review on the new member’s entity and its related persons for adverse news or PEP screening hits to establish the client risk rating. Enhanced due diligence check will be conducted for high-risk clients.
• Conduct scheduled client due diligence review on existing members based on their risk rating.
• Conduct triggered review on existing members due to screening alert hits generated from daily screening checks with the AML sanction and restriction databases.
• Work with other departments (e.g. Commercial, Compliance and Risk) to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for new members, including account setup after account opening approval.
• Update the operating standard operating procedure with new incremental processes and workflow changes in collaboration with Compliance and approval from HOD.
• Support to cover other operations tasks as may be required from the Head of Department, including Market Surveillance, trading and custody operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in banking, business or finance.

Experience and Skill

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in AML screening in the banks / securities firms / fund management industry, preferably for corporate or institutional clients.
• Familiar with regulatory AML compliance guideline and procedures in Singapore
• Good stakeholder and people management skills.
• Versatile individual who is willing to support coverage for different ops tasks as needed at times.
