  Handling of Court Orders (not limited to Bankruptcy, Winding-Up, Garnishee Orders, Injunction Orders) and Deceased matters
  Processing & monitoring of all deposit accounts relating to the above processes to ensure compliance
  Liaise with legal, lawyers, official assignees, public trustee on legal issues
  Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders for timely dissemination
  General ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  Maintain, review and update workflow and database
  Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by team leader
  Contribute and/or lead process improvements initiatives

Requirements:

• A degree holder with at least 1 year of banking experience and demonstrates basic understanding of legal requirements
• Sound knowledge of the bank’s core operating systems and control standards is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Focused and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail
• A team player and demonstrates strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines and under pressure with minimum supervision

• Walk our clients on their skincare journey programs and advise products with ingredients suitable for their skin
• Market knowledge on trends, products and services in the skincare & beauty industry
• Build knowledge and data of skincare ingredients
• Plan out each client’s skincare and makeup journey
• Build good client relationships and long-term engagement with our clients
• Assist clients in understand their skin better with skincare ingredients through 1-1 consultations
• Create skincare database in BeFound’s skincare library
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to an extended journey with client

Requirements:

• Passionate about skincare and is inquisitive about skincare ingredients
• Experience in a customer relations role is a bonus
• Experience in the skincare & beauty industry is a bonus
• A problem solver, quick witted and a team player
• Relevant diploma or degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical is highly preferred
• Available to work on Saturdays (5.5 days work week)

• Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements
• Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
• Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
• Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
• Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with external parties
• Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
• Conduct user training session
• Support UAT & PRD deployment
• Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material etc.)
• Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager
• Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues
• Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above.

Requirements

• Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working experience
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering.
• Experience with programming languages is preferred
• 2 Years working experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
• An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Mandatory Skills

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Proven experience as Business Analyst with extensive testing experience, preferably in the financial or investment industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
