As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. Your expertise will also be pivotal in quality control, design processes, and continuous improvement of BIM standards within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Modelling and Management

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for ACMV/HVAC systems in construction projects, including components such as air handling units, ductwork, piping, and associated equipment.
• Update models to incorporate design changes and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other BIM engineers from various disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing) to integrate all models and ensure compatibility.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment to minimize construction issues.

• While thermal load calculations and energy modeling are not yet implemented, you will be responsible for using design software and tools to perform these tasks as needed in future projects. System sizing will be carried out as part of the current design process.

• To lead and oversee Supervision Team to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Contract and authorities’ requirements.
