• Disseminates relevant manufacturing and engineering documents and/or information to the relevant stakeholders
• Attend to any ECN/MDR changes
• Support customer and production team on technical issues
• Ensures products are correctly and promptly developed without compromising on product quality
• Monitor manufacturing progress
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in NPI / Product Engineering
• Experience working with Semicon Machines / Equipments

Job Purpose

To assist Department Head in the Implementation of Projects, and carry out the assigned scope of work that is essential for the smooth Operation of Production Lines.

Nature of Scope

1. Development/Co-Development/Transfer, Setup, Confirmation, and Debugging of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

2. Line Support & Preventive Maintenance

a. Trouble-shooting, identify and rectify Line Errors.
(Failure Analysis)

b. Support Trouble-shooters in the Analysis of Failure by confirming
failure is not due to ATE issues.

3. DCS Software Line Support

4. First Article Evaluation

a. Understand the reason for FA Evaluation

b. Know the details of change

c. Confirm the changes are in place (Especially PPE related changes example FK1 revision, Label related revision, Laser related revision.

3. Document Management & Reporting

a. Progress Reporting

b. Proper filing of Design, Development & Debugging Report.
