Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the Vietnam region or similar markets. Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales and marketing.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Senior Manager, Operations & Strategy will be responsible for driving operational performance, expanding the workforce, and supporting business growth.
