What you will do

The primary responsibilities of this role will include the continued development and expansion of the short and long-term pipeline for the Self-Care Restoration portfolio in Asia Pacific (ex. China), i.e. in India, with specific R&D leadership in ORSL Brand Development Team. This includes leadership of team that will design, develop and launch products as per internal and external requirements and liaise with Kenvue cross functional teams as well as third party manufacturers. The role will represent technical workstreams in the entire product development cycle, high-quality innovation and executions on time and within budget. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary lead for building the Self-Care Restoration technical capability strength of the entire product development team.

• Serve as the R&D technical lead to help ideate, develop and deliver novel innovation for the Kenvue APAC business

Required Qualifications
