Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Product Manager to lead the product development efforts of a core tribe within our customer journey. This role will focus on ensuring that customers enjoy seamless, personalized, and delightful shopping & dining experiences from start to finish, while creating sustainable growth for FairPrice Group.

Within your tribe, you will lead 2-4 squads, directly lead and mentor 2-4 PMs & Senior PMs. The squads under your responsibility will collaborate actively within the Product Trio, comprised of Design and Engineering.

• Lead and inspire a team of product managers and cross-functional team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, preferably within B2C tech, e-commerce or related industries
• Proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering high-impact products to market
• Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, JIRA
• Good understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience in coaching, providing performance feedback, and development plans
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile product development environments

As an Electrical Project Manager in the project team, you will be responsible to provide high quality engineering services and specifications for the Planning, Design, Construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the success of the project. You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Electrical systems and be able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.

• Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members and suppliers. Effective communication to convey important information, answer questions and resolve issues.

• Organized: Being organized to help a Project Lead save time, as they can more easily find the information they need or the files they need to access.

• Time management: Ensure that each task is completed on time and within budget.

• Problem-solving: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, which means you need to be able to identify potential issues and develop solutions to overcome them. For example, if a supplier is unable to deliver the materials needed for a project, you may be able to develop a plan to continue the project.

As a Case Manager, the job requires you to:

1. Create and Individualised Care Plan for each and every resident; and work towards addressing their psychosocial needs through care and counselling, eventual rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.

2. Assess the residents' needs and risk profile in case planning.

3. Operationalise the care plans for residents and work with other professionals and non-professionals involved in the care of residents.

4. Monitor the residents' progress in the Home and to review their plans six monthly.

5. Conduct induction session with new residents within 3 days upon admission.

6. Conduct home visits for a safety assessment of the home leave environment prior to allowing residents to go on home leave with their families.

7. Conduct monthly counselling session with residents and address issues accordingly.

8. Contact and utilise community resources on residents' behalf, and to serve as a link between the resident and these resource systems.

9. Refer resident to community agencies for post-discharge support at least one month before discharge.

10. Educate and assist staff to better understand the social, emotional, and health issues of the residents
