Job description

1. Overall cleaning of office premise.

2. Dusting, sweeping/mopping, cleaning offices and meeting rooms, toilets, pantries and other areas that require to be kept clean.

3. Monitor and take stock of pantry and toiletries supplies.

4. To clean waste bins, dispose of all trash and waste items.

5. To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

· Ability to work independently.

· Willing to take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

To perform office administrative duties:-

1) To generate and filing of invoices using TRADPAC daily.

2) To assist in checking of stock for deliver/return of stock.

3) To assist logistics support/stock intake and to check and tally orders.

4) To assist and support the sales team.

5) To handle in-coming calls and enquiries with competence.

6) To possess Computer Science Web Technology digital skills and IT knowledge.

7) To assist with in-house designs of marketing materials for company webpage and others.

8) Competent with Microsoft Office Words, Excel and Powerpoint.

9) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

10) Minimum Qualification – Diploma holders or above.

11) Meticulous, Team Player, Positive Attitude and Able to Multi Tasks.

Working Location: Tagore Lane

Responsibilities:

-Responsible supply chain management from order forecast, consolidation to tracking and

receiving goods to order fulfilment.

-Responsible for stock inventory management including but not limited to keeping up to date

record of all stock keeping units, tracking stocks movement and reporting.

-Assist with warehouse management to ensure all stocks are properly organized, compliance

of all warehouse safety rules, checking that warehouse facilities and equipment are in

working condition.

-Supervise and assist with stock take, audit and stock reconciliation.

-Responsible for order fulfillment and ensure all goods are correctly picked and packed for

timely delivery.

-Plan and manage all logistics matters including daily delivery schedule to ensure timely

delivery and effective logistics cost management.

-Coordinate with freight forwarder for outbound and inbound shipments.

-Manage product labels, packing and delivery materials.

-Coordinate with vendors for loading or unstuffing of containers, product labelling and

packing.

-Manage team to ensure timely completion of product labelling.

Requirements:

-Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore.

-Working knowledge of Inventory software will be added advantage

-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $2500-3200(Depending on experience)

-Working Hours: 5 days work week

-Entitled to 12 days annual leave & 14 days medical leave

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct and indirect materials/services to broaden the supplier base and address new project or production requirements.
• Obtain quotes from newly identified suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and consistently reduce costs.
• Lead periodic price negotiations with suppliers to maintain cost competitiveness for materials/services.
• Participate in team efforts to conduct supplier qualification audits and parts qualifications, ensuring suppliers can meet company requirements.
• Qualify selected suppliers for inclusion in the Approved Vendor List.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to manage and update supplier capabilities.
• Maintain standard operating procedures within the Procurement department to ensure consistent workflow processes.
• Develop and negotiate favourable supply agreements with suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to establish efficient supply chain models, ensuring a reliable supply with minimal inventory holdings.
• Work with departments such as Engineering and Warehouse to establish quality standards for supplied items and develop a Quality plan.
• Supervise and train junior staff to lead the team in accomplishing the above duties.
• Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by management.

Purchasing:

• Develop purchasing strategies for different supply categories to ensure timely order fulfilment with minimal direct purchase inventory.
• Ensure all indirect purchasing needs of the company are met based on user requirements.
• Periodically review purchasing strategies with management and propose changes when market trends shift.
• Provide regular alerts and updates to internal and external customers to promptly address any issues or delays and take necessary actions.
• Collaborate with principals/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer and company needs.

Warehousing

• Manage warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Manage warehouse team to achieve order fulfillment requirements specific to all customer shipments.
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in warehouse.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Min 5 years working experience and exposure in both mechanical and electrical customised parts and components sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Unloading containers, palletizing, strapping and labelling of pallets.

• Perform inventory checks and ensure data integrity and the highest stocks availability for customers.
• Adhere to quality, security and safety service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and safe for work.
• Operate pallet jack to move heavy articles
