The purpose of this role is to lead the relationship and service delivery for partners and customers, delivering an accurate demand signal and managing the execution of this signal to agreed service metrics from order capture to delivery. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a large multi-site complex business demonstrating excellent process leadership, stakeholder engagement, people management and customer relationship skills

• Strong record of executing major change initiatives and successful project delivery including budget, timeline and stakeholder management

· Oversee the end-to-end execution of international trade transactions, ensuring compliance with trade agreements, regulations, and company policies.

· Prepare and manage all required trade documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and letters of credit. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
