Coordinate all activities relating to loading/discharge/vessel operation activities

Liaise with counterpart operators on cargo or vessel operational requirements as per transactions, including preparation of documentary instruction, timely and accurate nominations according to contract, the appointment of independent surveyors and ship/protective/shore agents, customs documentation

Support and develop internal reporting processes and activities to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies in a timely manner
