Responsibilities

• Lead channels of operations - direct management of Operations Executive and Controllers, and overseeing the running of their channels.
• Oversee decision-making with response to exceptions and staff utilization.
• Strategic planning for staff management and guide business activities to achieve results
• Support Operations Manager by providing analysis on productivity, growth planning, manpower utilization
• Work with planner for optimization of routes to improve productivity
• Communicate directly with customers to manage exceptions
• Ensure accurate reports are prepared from within clusters and presented to management in required timeframe.
• Manage discipline issues for staff clusters with the aim of controlling absenteeism and operations errors.
• Provide training for staff in clusters to facilitate ongoing excellence in delivery operations; ensuring required attendance at toolbox meetings, managing controllers’ messages to staff, and ensuring effective communication to all other staff from foreign countries
• Provide timely incident reports to Customer Service manager whenever necessary

Plan- Buyer/ Supply Chain Specialist

Our Plan- Buyer has the responsibility for maintaining continuous communications with external suppliers to obtain status updates on open orders and ensure the accuracy of information contained in system. You will prepare requests for quote packages, ensuring all quality and engineering questions are resolved prior to releasing for quote. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Set up parts by BOM & Routing on JDE.
• Carry out cost analysis on parts and roll costs in line wit Standard Cost setup
  Prepare and issuing of Work Order (BOM & Routing) according to sales order and product / components part number.
• Prepare quote reqests, OQ’s, to buy components, raw materials or external services (machining, threading and other).
• To perform Purchasing duties related to the purchasing of services, consumables, materials, and equipment in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Initiate bid/quote process for services, supplies, materials and equipment’s from approved vendors in consultation with Production Planner to achieve on time delivery at the lowest cost.
• Determines and develops appropriate sources of supply, products and services.
  Process vendor approval request and update approved vendor list.
• Prepares and processes purchasing documents using JD Edward Procurement software module.
• Act in accordance with the Roles and Responsibilities as designated in IMS Manufacturing Work Instructions.
• General office administrative duties as required for the business.
• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Qualification:

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to follow and relay detailed and complex instructions.
• 2-5+ years experience in manufacturing, planning or customer service.
• College/University degree qualified.

About the role:

• Regional Transportation Analyst, Asia Pacific provides necessary high touch service to the business and drive regional transportation process to achieve cost and lead-time effectiveness. He/she will support regional transportation leads with data analytic and project management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree required
