This role would extend to supporting =Dreams (Singapore) Limited [association of =D and SCC], a unique full service co-living space exclusively for secondary school teens featuring after-school academic and holistic support.

• Department: FTMS
• Reporting to: Assistant Manager, IT Systems & Support
• Location: South Central Community Family Service Centre, Blk 5 Delta Avenue #01-09 S (160005) & =DREAMS (Singapore) Limited, 99 Haig Rd, S (438748)

Responsibilities:

• Provide and troubleshoot comprehensive level 1 and/or level 2 helpdesk support for internal staff (s).
• Facilitate and set-up AVS/video conferencing before for general meetings.
• Keeps critical services such as desktop operating systems, security patches, email/Office365 tools, and shared storage running at peak performance and working to prevent downtime.
• Upkeep and ensure that IT hardware/software are running smoothly in working order and up to date.
• Manage software licenses, ensuring that it is up-to-date and timely renewal
• Streamline and maintain IT-related contracts with clear SLAs.
• Ensure and safeguard proper management of data through migration/backup missions.
• Collaborate on projects, adding inputs and contributing to the success of implementation.
• Ensure that IT-related policies are current, and organised.
• Stay current on new developments in IT.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Competencies and Requirements:

• Minimally 2 years of IT experience. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply too!)
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365 & Windows applications.
• Good knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with hardware and system network, including conferencing applications and Audio/Video equipment.
• Good oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs/reports.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Strong in project and time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
• Must be able to work independently with a proactive mentality.
• Strong ability in multitasking and work with staff at all levels.
• Customer service and collaboration skills to interact professionally and positively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bonus points for Tech Certifications (CompTIA A+, MS365 Admin)

Job Scope:-

• Response to customer reported fault and/or requested service through on site visit or remote programming/reftification
• Carried out faulty items vertification before final RMA
• Assist in projects such as project management, installation, integration, configuration, analysis of possible solution, preventive-maintenance and third party testing as well as carried-out demo
• Perform day-to-day telephony support function for customer locally as well as regional offices
• Provide support backup to contact centre activities as well as maintaining technical interface relationship with vendor/supplier
• Perform preventive maintenance for customer as allocated and scheduled.
• Daily liaison with networking team to ensure telephony configurations are edequate and appropriate.

Reguirements:

• ITE & above
• Good technical analysis as well as interpersonal communication skill
• Entry level also acceptable

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales managers
• Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients
• Assist in daily pick-up reports, weekly forecast and monthly presentation reports.
• Monitor the input of revenue for all events in system
• Communicate events related information to the other departments
• Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, and assist in the preparation of post-conference reports

Ideal requirements

• 1-3 years’ of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and adherence to SOPs for case escalation and case management for organization's programmes
• Assist in training and upskilling of Customer Care agents provisioned for organization's programmes
• Assist to investigated and monitor status of key cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on review of programme improvements for better customer experience
• Assist to monitor inventory level at Customer Care Centres
• Perform reconciliation of tracker issuance and balance stock records, and to follow-up on all discrepancies.
• Support post app release issues and rectifications, solutioning
