PURPOSE:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of related IT experience
• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant

• Field experience in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Admin Center
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM

As a key member of the Sales Support Team, the Customer Care (Sales Support) reports to the Head of Sales (Singapore and Malaysia).
