The LSEd is the key professional in LS. A preschool teacher by training, the LSEd serves as a resource in supporting children with mild developmental/ learning needs in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) landscape.

The LSEd's key roles would include (using the tools prescribed by ECDA):

• Screen children flagged with learning and developmental issues by classroom teachers, using the prescribed screening tools

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers through various channels to provide information about products or services, process orders, and address any concerns or complaints. This role requires a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to ensure accurate information is provided and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
• Listen to customer concerns, investigate issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to deliver accurate and helpful information.
• Process customer orders, including taking orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Utilize computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries.

Requirements:

• Communication skills and understanding to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to support overtime when necessary.
• Must maintain good attendance and have no health concerns.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $2,400 + variable bonus + overtime + AWS (Fresh grads: $1,900 basic).
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, and 1 Saturday per month from 8:45 am to 12:45 pm.

• Shuttle Bus: Pickup at Boon Lay MRT station at 8:10 am or 8:20 am; drop-off at Boon Lay MRT station or Tuas MRT station.

• Implementation, commissioning and training of Aptsys’ products for customers. Setup of network and Wi-Fi infrastructure as required.
• Handle level 1 customer support tactfully of inbound call, email enquiries and on-site.
• Analyze and clarify customer technical inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Where necessary, ensure that customer feedback, patch requirements and diagnosis are communicated thoroughly to Product Development team.
• Attend daily support meeting to update new issues and resolution progress.
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are comprehensively recorded, tracked, resolved and follow-ups are done in a timely manner.
