Responsibilities

• Responsible for attending the customer complaints and develop resolution
• Responsible in planning and coordinating with the Production on non-conformance product screening as well as conducting containment measures and minimizes DMR issued by customers
• Responsible for providing engineering support to Internal Departments related to quality and technical issues

Requirements

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 1 years of working experience in process or fixture designs

· Provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales department of the company.

· Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.

· Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with home office staff.

· Process orders via email or phone with both customers and vendors.

· Get suitable quotes / pricing and check data accuracy in orders and invoices

· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

· Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries

· Maintain and update sales and customer records

· Develop monthly sales reports.

· Communicate important feedback from customers internally

· Should be able to manage and distribute information within an office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.

· Assist in Bookkeeping, mailing and filing duties. Duties may range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to Manager / General Manager. As such, may be required to be knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, such as Microsoft Excel, MYOB and ERP solutions.

· Be of assistance to the admin team in the generation of monthly invoices and other adhoc duties as and when needed.

· Basic knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, report generation, project management, and other such relevant applications. Advance level knowledge will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

The Corporate Support Officer plays a clerical and administrative support role in various functional areas, including line operations, human resource management, finance and corporate services, public affairs as well as research and information support. He/She provides administrative support for the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support daily administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and managing correspondences with stakeholders. Assist in Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Legal matters. Handle telephone calls and inquiries.

2. Compile and prepare monthly reports in both English and Mandarin for submission to the China Office.

3. Create PowerPoint presentations in both English and Mandarin.

4. Perform any additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements & Attributes

1. Candidate must possess at least a degree certificate.

2. Excellent organizational skills, as well as excellent IT skills. Demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, offering translation support for stakeholders proficient in the language. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.

4. A detail-oriented person, motivated by multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines.

5. A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.

6. You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent, and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. At least 2 year(s) of working experience.

8. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
