ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Incident Logging and Ticket Handling: Log and process incidents, issues, and service requests submitted by users through phone or email in an incident management tool, resolving them in a timely and effective manner according to internal SLA. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality L2 support for Java/Web-based applications in production.
• Coordinate and assist with infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of new application releases, following industry best practices for release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security, and Change Management) to ensure seamless support and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Respond to production issues promptly, adhering to the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the business.
• Continuously enhance existing support processes to improve service levels and overall service quality.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an L2 Application Support role.
• Proficient in Linux and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Strong SQL knowledge (MySQL/MSSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Java/Web-based application troubleshooting and debugging.
• Familiarity with OpenShift/Docker.
• Experience in application implementation projects in financial institutions would be advantageous.

Role and Responsibility :-

• To provide quality day-to-day L2 Production support for Java/Web-based application.

Job Description:

1. Post-sales support : Providing Technical support to partners or customers after purchasing their products.

• Assist technical team of partners and customers to tackle and resolve technical issues

• Manage and process of warranty claims, demo/standby unit loan, spare part cannibalization, with system and paperwork
