This role will provide all aspects of escalations technical support for Applied Materials CMP installed base of tool technologies. It will be responsible for enhancing tool performance through remote and on-site escalations support to Customer Engineers, technicians, and other product focused personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment. As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
• Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during the registration process.

What You’ll Do:

• Fix reported issues and advocate for the customer.
