We are looking for a Special Needs and Inclusive Education Specialist to work with children aged 7 to 12. In this role, you will nurture and support students' growth, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate closely with your team to ensure students’ well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and supervision for students with diverse learning needs.
• Plan and monitor IEPs, student progress, and activities.
• Organize daily routines, exercises, and activities for physical well-being, life skills, and hobbies.
• Foster positive communication with parents, caregivers, and staff about student progress.
• Participate in organization events and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience is required.
• Experience in working with special needs individuals is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A strong passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.

• Salary: Basic up to $3300 + AWS + VB

Job Scope:

• Utilize various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and other mediums to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery
• Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand
• Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also handling customer feedback
• Take the lead in providing operational support to sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service
• Process customer orders, including price quotations, stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability
• Coordinate with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure seamless order shipments
• Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as needed
