Main Duties and Responsibilities

Candidate Management

· Taking on the role of a recruitment consultant to understand clients’ recruitment needs and assist in placing the right talents with their Organization

· Source candidates using web-based services, job portals data base and social media recruitment methods to network and identify the right candidates for clients’ vacancies

· Evaluate resumes and applications

· Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening

· Provide career advice and consultation to job-seekers

· Facilitate and finalize agreements for candidates

Job Requirements

· Able to communicate effectively and professionally

· Min. 3 years of Recruitment experience will be desire.

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

The successful candidate would be required to:-

(1) Publicity and Staff Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Fleet-wide initiatives aimed at fostering internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate staff communications, cohesion activities, events, and ceremonies to promote a positive organisational culture
• Develop creative publicity and communications strategies to showcase staff achievements, new initiatives, and projects across various media platforms

(2) Crewing Matters

• Oversee the timely application, renewal, and cancellation of certificates and documents for new and existing vessels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with relevant authorities and institutions to facilitate inspection and documentation preparation for vessel licenses and certifications
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations team to facilitate crew certification renewals and ensure proper documentation upkeep
• Provide administrative support for vessel sales and charter agreements, including documentation preparation and coordination with business partners
• Ensure prompt preparation of vessels and crew for Outside Port Limit (OPL) jobs, including immigration clearance and departure/arrival applications
• Offer basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance for crew
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The successful candidate shall preferably possess:-

• A degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply Chain

You will perform production application support task for Supply Chain finance platform in APAC region.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert on the Supply Chain Finance platform and eco-system facing the bank users.
• Responsible in E2E management of production incidents / service request linked to the Supply Chain Finance platform (e.g. Opening of tickets / weekly meetings on progress of outstanding issues / coordination with internal team on the execution of data extraction).

Job Requirements

1. Project: Manage life cycle management (LCM) and improvement projects for network, servers, storage, backup and voice infrastructure.
Be responsible for the execution (on scope, on time, on budget) of all assigned projects
As assigned, lead or assist in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies.
Drive IT changes and standardization aligned with the GIT and CPS IT strategy.
Track delivered benefits of the infrastructure programs.

2. Exploitation: Administer, Monitor and measure performance of infrastructures component.
Manage and monitor data backup on infrastructure component (Servers data, Network configuration …)
Patch and update infrastructure component (Servers …).

3. Support: Provide 2nd level support for network infrastructure, servers, voice infrastructure
Support plant information systems (shop floor network, Radio frequency equipment …)
Driving service improvement plans on ongoing basis.

Classroom/Academic Studies-Related Duties

1. School General Office Counter duties, include attending to the needs of staff and students walking into office and attending to phone calls.

2. Assist in typing/printing test/examination papers, work sheets, notes, etc.

4. Assist HOD Science in preparing the equipment and resources for Science programmes.

Other Duties

3. Do stock-inventory for items.

4. Help in canteen/recess/bus bay duties: supervising pupils to ensure safety, providing basic first-aid to pupils who sustain injuries and contacting parents of pupils who are unwell during recesses.

5. Assist in the decoration of school premise for festivities, celebrations and special function.

6. Assist teachers in maintaining/updating school bulletin/notice boards.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

At least 5 GCE 'N' Level Passes including English Language and Mathematics or 3 GCE 'O' Level Passes or equivalent

Good communication, inter-personal skills and patience with young children

Preferably have administration experience working in schools
