The Salesforce Business Analyst will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team to ensure business needs are met effectively within the Salesforce platform. • Assist Front Office with doing a 1st level check on KYC profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy before approval

• Maintain continuous contact with customer to keep customer file updated.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents.
