Job summary:

As a Student Admission and Support Staff (Executive) or Admissions Counselor cum Admin, you play a pivotal role in facilitating the admission process and providing essential support to prospective students and their families. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.

• Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
• Manages, maintains, and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
• Follow up on SLA , SLO and SLI in resolving the issue
• Evaluate continuous monitoring and alerts setup in all application release.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and work with stakeholder to mitigate the risk.
• Periodically work on Capacity review with SME to ensure on system stability with frequent changes deployed.
• Partners with appropriate development and prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
• Plan and work with Dev team on application Pre release and Post release support
• Work with SME and Dev team to resolved the Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues within the SLA.
