The Talent

Qualifications:

We are currently looking for a Senior BA (TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT) in Singapore, in order to support our client activities. This person will lead business analysis for TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking platform, specializing in Wealth Management (WM) operations across Europe and Asia. In addition, the person will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and defining functional requirements, ensuring alignment between regions, and delivering optimal solutions for both business and IT teams. The role will involve leading workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, managing project deliverables, and ensuring adherence to IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT implementation and configuration within Wealth Management.
• Analyze gaps and propose solutions to align European and Asian operations.
• Define and document functional requirements, business process designs, and use cases.
• Coordinate user workshops, testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture and delivery roadmap.
• Ensure adherence to global standards, focusing on scalability and mutualization across regions.
• Manage risks, planning, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in the banking industry as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Expertise in TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking, including system configuration and parameterization.
• Strong knowledge of core banking domains (e.g., cash accounts, securities, accounting, loans, taxation).
• Proficiency in SQL, API testing, data analysis, and data modeling.
• Experience with UAT, Functional & System Integration testing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and project management tools (JIRA, Service Now, etc.).

Our client has more than 20 restaurants in Singapore that provide various dining concepts that refined tastes of both local and international food enthusiasts.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to collect business requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.
• Run configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements that add to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of supporting SAP FICO modules experience.
• SAP certificates and experience with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:
