Your key responsibilities:

• Working as part of a front-office Client Services/Client Management product team to actively manage a portfolio of agency & trustee mandates including (but not limited to) the following products:

• Liaison with issuers/borrowers and noteholders/lenders to deal with waivers, consent solicitations and restructurings/default management with documentation amendments as required.
• Work with internal business partners both locally and globally on projects and new product developments including with other regional and global hubs.
• Where required, to assist with the preparation and validation of management / MIS reports and handling of control / compliance matters in accordance with Bank's and regulatory requirements.
• To act as product SME, providing support and guidance to juniors as well as “extension of desk” functions supporting the front-office team in managing the portfolio of transactions.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking and Finance
• At least 3 years’ direct exposure to trust/agency, capital markets and/or structured financing products

We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will predominantly be responsible for customer billing and invoicing as the main point of contact. This role is an individual contributor within the AP CCM team based in Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.
