The LDC Tax function is focused on protecting shareholder value by establishing strong tax control frameworks in relation to both tax compliance and tax dispute management and developing effective tax strategies in relation to indirect tax, M&A, and other related tax planning.

Reporting to the Country Tax Manager (Singapore), your role will be to support all aspects of tax operations in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as the broader South and Southeast Asia Region, with particular focus on tax compliance and tax dispute management – dealing with both direct and indirect taxes.

To meet the current and future needs of the Group, you will be involved in the numerous tax projects which includes doing research on and implementing various tax initiatives in the respective countries in the region. Main Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and filing of tax returns of the company and its subsidiaries
