You will be the expert in aligning company priorities by structuring and leading internal projects for optimising business and financial performance. This involves cross functional collaboration, helping departments evolve early-stage ideas and driving new initiatives forward. You will also gain experience across varied business functions including Human Resource, Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Finance and Marketing in the F&B industry. You will have the autonomy to lead projects that solve complex and ambiguous business challenges.

Responsibilities include

• Identify opportunities for Operations, Human Resource, New Business, New Product, Marketing and other business functions, with a focus on supporting business development
• Translate business ideas into concrete objectives and key results, and execute projects critical to LWB’s short and long-term growth
• Identify and draw on analytical tools and techniques to gather new insights, develop creative approaches and provide recommendations to organisational issues
• Review and configure current business processes and strategy to boost overall performance, increase efficiency and mitigate risks
• Review and update organisation policies
• Communicate findings on a regular basis to different levels in the organisation

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BSc degree from a reputable university (preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline)
• Preferably some experience in the F&B or FMCG industry
• Fresh graduates with strong CCA track record are welcome to apply
• Excellent command of English in written and spoken
