Job Description:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and planning activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across all country offices. Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, along with variance analyses to track financial performance.

The Legal Support Specialist 3 is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to a number of boards and board committees, including liaison with various stakeholders, preparation of agendas, creation and collation of board packs, taking minutes following up on action points and providing governance advice.
• Scheduling the board and board committee calendars, seeking and monitoring director availability for additional meetings as and when necessary.

You will report to the Business Development Manager and will assist to answer questions from customer about our company’s products and/or services.

Delivering information about our company’s offering, understanding potential customer’s needs to pitch for new sales. And support existing customers by helping them to resolve their service issue, determining the root cause, rectifying the necessary and explanation or addressing the matter if required.
