RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and identify occupational therapy and functional needs of children based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and treatment options
• Deliver therapy services either by direct therapy, consultation with teachers and parents, collaboration with teachers and parents, or by monitoring of childs progress
• Work in collaboration with teaching/non-teaching staff and caregivers for the effective enhancement of services.
• Work closely with intervention team in areas of assessment, goal development, intervention strategies and progress monitoring in a trans-disciplinary setting

The Contracts Analyst supports contract requirements for Chevron’s Global Supply and Trading Organization.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:​

• Negotiate and execute Oil and Gas trading Contracts, Master agreements &/or Confirmation Notices with counterparties.
• Timely and accurate preparation of contracts by validating trade details to determine appropriate contract terms for the sale, purchase, exchange, processing, and transportation of Oil and Gas commodities.
• Review & validate Contract clauses in General Terms and Conditions (GTCs), Master Agreements &/or Confirmation Notices to ensure Chevron's interests are properly represented.
• Coordinate internal SME reviews and corresponds with the counterparty (including responses to their replies).
• Review & respond to 3rd Party Contracts
• Provide tender reviews and guidance to the trading organization.
• Update system reports, such as control monitor reports in the internal trading systems (Endur, RightAngle, etc.).
• Support any digital initiatives rollout and perform other administrative duties such as filing of documents, audits, and others.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably at least 1-2 years of contracts management or related experience in oil and gas industry
• Business Acumen – Knowledge of cross commodity trading activity, contract preparation and RightAngle or other trading systems.
• Execution – Ability to prepare contacts in a fast-paced trading environment with a high degree of attention to detail and prioritize work to meet customer requirements.

Job Scope

• Swiftly address course enrollment inquiries with precise, timely information.

Research:

• Prepare and circulate newsletters/reports relating to the research on a monthly basis
• Provide the industry related inputs for the creation of transaction materials
• Conduct detailed industry analysis and develop firm Industry knowledge of one or more sectors

Transaction Execution:

• Provide execution support to the senior team
• Assist in the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations
• Research background material and provide inputs for the preparation of key transaction documents:
• Client profiles
• Information Memorandums, Pitch Books and Teaser documents.
• Management presentations
• Work with the senior team on the financial model and analysis including:
• DCF analysis
• Valuation of companies based on comparable company analysis
• Precedent transaction analysis

Administrative:

• Provide administrative support to the deal team
• Responsible for all client files – hard copy and soft versions to be maintained and kept up to date and backed up on the server.
• Ensure that deal critical documents like NDA’s, Mandate letter etc. are stored correctly in hard and softcopy and backed up on server
• Set up and send out meeting and conference call requests
• Ensure that the closed deal process is followed (necessary client communication, preparation of tombstones, website updation, preparation of case study etc.)
• Regular document archiving , filing and appropriate destruction
• Creating and updating company databases in a timely manner
• Assisting the senior team in drafting client engagement letters
• Maintain client relationships by managing day to day inquires & obtaining appropriate information to execute assignments
