Purpose of Role

Working as a key member of the Actis Real Estate team and based in Singapore, this person will support the team on Actis South East Asia investments. The candidate will be working on screening of new investment ideas / strategies, and preliminary / final investment reviews of prospective investment opportunities for the fund. Key Responsibilities

• Support employees on all officially sanctioned hardware and software for end-user computing.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware and software, providing relevant recommendations.
• Contribute to project-related tasks as needed.
• Adopt a proactive stance in ensuring all personnel at the primary facility receive comprehensive IT support, in collaboration with the IT department to guarantee efficient operational support.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk to hasten the resolution of technical problems, respond to user inquiries, and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Local IT Project Team to deliver infrastructure services, support new client implementations, and participate in internal projects which include conducting technical investigation, preparing documentation, and overseeing testing and execution processes.

• Min. Diploma in Information Technology

Technically sound with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE/JEE, Oracle, SQL/ PLSQL.

Basic understanding of Solaris and/or Linux OS such as RHEL would be required.

Having Unix shell scripting, RedHat Ansible knowledge, experience in AWS applications (CloudWatch, S3, RDS, EKS), IBM Connect Direct, IBM MQ, API Gateway, Apache Ignite, Solace PubSub+, ELK, micro services & containers, cloud-based architecture and/or DevSecOps technologies is a plus.

Experience in Spring 4.x / 5.x / 6.x and Struts 2.x frameworks, SpringBoot and/or SpringBatch would be added advantage.

Domain knowledge of Financial Clearing and Payment Systems and ISO20022 standard is a plus.

Job Description:

• Contribute to projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Coordinating activities and processes required for effective day-to-day organization of IT Infrastructure assets and contracts management.
• Resource management, e.g., onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting including PPM Management and reporting.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Asset Management

• Develop and maintain frameworks, RACI, and end to end process/engagement model for on-boarding IT Assets in region (reconciling with financial books).
• Assist with the governance of asset inventory including stock take and checks.
• Periodic internal quality assurance assessment across IT Asset portfolio, highlighting any potential gaps, defining remediation plan and ensuring continued adherence to Group IT Asset Management standards.

Contract Management

• Ensure all contracts are registered in SourcingHub and aligned to Marley Asset Inventory.
• Ensure adherence of contracts and sourcing requirements of existing vendor services.
• Escalate appropriately to ensure Department Accountable Ex-Co are informed and necessary remediation implemented.
• Assist with designing process to streamline / and maintain an accurate BAU contracts management schedule.

Business Management / PMO

• Publish report of CTB/RTB consumption from Pyramid and follow-ups
• Maintain resource management plan.
• Assist with producing TCO reporting (on Apptio).
• Work with Procurement and Expense team on follow ups and maintain governance.

Job Requirements:
