Job Description

As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Accounts & Sales Support Executive to support our expanding Sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Duties:

• Perform customer onboarding, periodic and trigger event screening alert review.
• Review and investigate suspicious transactions and/or activities using automated case management system.
• Conduct applicable due diligence / periodic review over higher risk customers.
• Timely review and closure of cases being assigned.
• Participate in controls automation and process improvement projects.
• Assist to document review process into Standard Operating Procedures.
• Carry out ad-hoc reviews and other tasks being assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in clearing name screening alerts would be highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist management team in planning, coordinating, overseeing and managing staff and services.

Purpose of Position

The purpose of this role is to work with business users to define requirements for banking applications, develop and implement solutions and to be responsible for resolving day-to-day system issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with a whole spectrum of business users, Bankers, Traders, Finance, Risk, Capital Market, and Operation to understand their needs and processes to produce clear requirement specifications.
• Work on the whole solution lifecycle from Coding/Development of solution, unit testing, support user in UAT, validate results, and implementation in production.
• Co-ordinate with Head Office and/or vendors on projects and issues where needed.
• Provide day-to-day application support to users.
• System enhancement, code changes, and ensure these are managed and implemented timely and smoothly.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, from a good university.
• Must be effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong ability to converse, read, and write in Chinese as most documents and correspondence with Head Office are in Chinese.
• Must have worked in a Bank, or worked in a vendor and deployed full-time to a Bank.
• Must have good coding experience.
• A highly positive attitude, self-driven, and thrive in high pressure with strict deadline.

• Strong technical knowledge and/or hands-on experience on the following areas will be an advantage but not essential:
