This role will involve coordinating and maintaining the trading agreements which support the buying and selling of physical crude oil, refined products, and renewable products with Phillips 66 core values and visions to ensure the business is a high-performance work unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle legal contracts (e.g. Purchase and Sales Agreement, Storage Agreements, Tenders etc.)
• Co-ordinate negotiations with third parties around any contract discrepancies.
• Responsible for negotiation and management of Brokerage Agreement, Clearing Broker Agreement, and Brokers’ commission.
• Evaluate and enhance processes, rules and protocols for administration and execution of contracts and agreements.
• Effective communicator who shares knowledge proactively and has the ability to effectively interact in a team environment.

Basic/Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Maritime Studies, Laws, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Knowledge and experience of the energy market in Asia.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with strong verbal and written communication skills

The Executive (Facilities Support) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption. Critical Work Functions

1. Implementation of safety policies and initiatives to ensure a conducive and Safe Environment for Users

• Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations
• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security
• Requisite safety and security equipment and parts
• Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in RC campuses and properties
• Work closely with security vendor to ensure safe and smooth vehicular flow in premises
• Program Security Cards and issue to all new hires, collect all Security Cards card from resigned staffs and delete the access card in system

2. Liaison with subcontractors and vendors

• Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management to ensure works are carried out in accordance to planned schedules, budget and approved specifications.
• Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee sub-contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
