• Provide technical support to staff/end users on PC hardware, software, applications and other IT related requests
• Assist in conducting user training on systems, software applications and IT security
• Assist to deploy and manage software applications, solutions and their enhancements to existing and new users
• Assist in tracking of IT Assets/Equipment, purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
• Ensure security of data, network access and systems backup
• Provide support, including after office-hours support, in the event of service outages, system maintenance or implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, or Diploma holder with 2 years working experience with a technical major.
• 2 years system administration experience.

The Strategy Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Responsibilities:

• Lead projects across their lifecycle: identifying and structuring the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, communicating project results, and obtaining buy-in for change.
• Manage all aspects of client service, including planning, prioritizing and organizing projects.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with executives across the business.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years experience in financial services.
• Strategy consulting experience.

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities; history of academic and professional excellence and achievement.
• Creativity and independent thinking;
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
