The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in overseeing/implementing HSG/active SG engagement and enrolment operations
2. Promote and assist residents to enrol into the Healthier SG programme.
3. Undertake role of trainer and briefer of HSG contents to internal and external stakeholders including residents.
4. Assist in the development and update of HSG training contents/materials.
5. Assist and address HSG queries to residents throughout their Service Journey.
6. Assist to support Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGA) and provide the residents a smoother interface to get enrolled and participate in HSG initiatives​.
7. Be familiar on where to find information on HSG General Practitioners clinics (GPs), Active Aging Centres (ACCs), Community Centres (CCs) and HSG accredited activities to guide and assist residents to embark in self-directed or available healthy activities and programs.
8. Assist residents to troubleshoot their issues on their HealthHub App, Healthy 365 App, NUHS App or SingPass (if any).

As part of emergency and pandemic response planning, you are required to support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in crisis response planning and operations. You will play an active role in :

• Ensuring timely escalation of incidents and crises through the role of duty officer
• As part of the RHSO operations command centre, respond to outbreak incidents and exigencies
• Collation, analysis and monitoring of data and trends to inform operational needs
• Coordination of quality and safety incidents, improvement programmes and monitoring of key indicators

1. Job Purpose

Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. PSA is to assist patients by checking patient’s service/order requirement, managing patient queues, handle basic enquiries (e.g. appointment booking) and to provide administrative support to medical technologists and radiographers.

• Responsible for reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the Diagnostics counters

Reporting to Centre-IC, Medical Technologist (MT) is responsible for the daily operations and administration of laboratory to ensure compliance to regulations and accreditation standards. Job scope

Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst – Population Health

The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst. The rapid population ageing in Singapore calls for innovative solutions. We aim to assess the impact of health promotion programmes (e.g. urban care farming, cognition training, etc) on the health and health-related behaviours of participants. This project will involve recruitment, assessment, and analysis of the research data. The candidate will also be working on models in policy evaluation. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Duties may include but are not limited to: (1) provide programming support to a research project (2) assist with recruitment and data analyses; (3) manage large complex databases; (4) conduct literature reviews (5) contribute to the development of scientific papers and the dissemination of the study findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of the laboratory
• Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way.
• Perform Point of Care Testing (e.g. Prothrombin Time, glucose) and clinical laboratory tests such as urinalysis (e.g. Urine FEME, dipstick, pregnancy), haematology (e.g. full blood count, peripheral blood film, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, prothrombin time), biochemistry (e.g. HbA1c, neonate bilirubin), microscopy examination (e.g. fungal smear, high vaginal swab) independently.
• Ensure specimen identification, processing and storage of test specimens are in consistent with good laboratory practices

• Use of Laboratory Information System (LIS) to perform functions such as result entry, result validation and tracking for outstanding tests

• Notify medical technologist/lab in charge when instrument malfunction and make arrangements with BME or instrument vendor to service the instrument
