PURPOSE:

Perform problem solving and root cause analysis to help OpCos resolve key operational challenges in sales order management, contract management, billing and cash application plus collection process. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while identifying and mitigating potential risks in the O2C process. Work closely with OpCos, Finance team and other relevant departments to establish policies for process compliance management. Manage end to end change management process to implement and drive adoption of policies and work with OpCo’s operation managers to audit process compliance and implement counter measures.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and optimize Order to Cash technologies and systems to support automation and improve overall efficiency. Be the catalyst of digital transformation in the organization through new solution testing and planning for DX initiatives to reduce operational cost and overhead. Support DX initiatives within Finance department and help OpCos to implement automation solution by utilizing Power Platform to improve process efficiency and team productivity. Work closely with ICT to ensure security compliance of cloud solution adoption and review proposed solution implemented by OpCos to mitigate security risk.
• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, billing, and collection processes.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and provide insights into O2C performance, contributing to strategic decision-making at the executive level. • Overall 10+ years of experience out of which 4 years - in Axiom
• Exposure to APRA , MAS, COREP, FINREP, Basel, LCR, NSFR reports
• Prior experience with taxonomy
• Equipped with the technical expertise to help client address challenges in implementation (driven based on good understanding of regulatory, regulatory guidance, integrating new returns and products form internal systems to third party Reg service providers (abacus, adenza etc))
• Extensive experience working in Agile environment with ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure
• Ability to drive results keeping the long-term strategy as the focus.
• Ability to think strategically, see the big picture and quickly grasp complex dependencies

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst for the Solutions Team at Kydon plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge learning and workforce development solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of impactful projects. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical specifications, enhancing Kydon’s product offerings, and supporting client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Solutions Alignment

• Engage with clients to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with their learning and workforce development goals.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for the development and delivery teams.
• Develop solution designs and proposals that meet client needs and align with Kydon’s strategic objectives.

Project Support and Delivery

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet client and business expectations.

Business Process Analysis

• Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design workflows, use case scenarios, and process maps to support solution development.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency for both clients and internal teams.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between clients, the Solutions Team, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Facilitate client workshops and presentations to gather feedback, validate requirements, and demonstrate proposed solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and workforce development to inform solution designs.
• Provide feedback to the product and development teams to enhance Kydon’s solutions portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve internal processes within the Solutions Team.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, solutions consulting, or a similar role (experience in EdTech, LMS, or SaaS solutions is a plus).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in business analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and solution delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, workforce development tools, or LMS platforms is advantageous.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
