System Analyst (SA) - Cards Issuing SA is responsible for the requirement analysis, effort estimation, application solution design for Cards Core Issuing application processes and related online and batch interfaces. SA documents requirements/solution traceability, functional design and works closely with functional BA, product/project managers, architects, application developers, and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications. Job Summary:

We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Techno-Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA.

Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.

Enuit seeks to hire an Client Services Analyst. As an Energy Software Client Services Analyst, you will participate as a team member or as an individual to provide technical support service for the software product to our customers throughout the globe.

Description of the Opportunity:

• Contribute in initial product implementation, additional enhancement, and/or integration projects for Enuit clients in installing, configuring, testing and supporting such projects either onsite or remotely.
• Provide Entrade technical support to clients.
• Provide Entrade pre-sales support/demo/presentation to prospects and training to the clients.
• Design business processes that match client requirements and that are easily configured in Entrade, communicate objectives, and deliver the solution in an efficient manner to the client.
• Resolve issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Communicate with client to understand desired results and assist in the design and testing of user acceptance test cases to validate project delivery.
• Provide system and project documentation to the client.
• Ensure clear communication to development, technical and support resources, and with project management skills to assist in managing deliverables and expectations.
• Track support related issues and escalate to higher management for resolution if necessary.

Qualifications for consideration:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• One to two year’s experience related to database administration and design, .NET, C# and SQL is desirable.
• A self-starter with proven troubleshooting skills, analytical skills with acute attention to details.
• Resourceful and detail-oriented team player with great learning skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train others.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Some background in C# or other similar object-oriented programming languages

Responsibilities

· Draft functional specifications and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists and present functional aspects/impacts of changes/evolutions to the stakeholders.

· Plan, prepare and execute the qualification strategy of the overall developed solutions

· Deliver fully tested products on-time and quality up to production deployment.

· Maintain up-to-date required product documentations & train end-users.

· Prepare and maintain functional documentation including but not limited to process flows, user stories, functional test cases, integration tests etc.

Skills/Requirement

• Ability to build an automated test solution from scratch using Cypress, Cucumber, and Selenium

• Coordinate with application support (BA and developers) and other tester colleagues on creating the automation test suite
