Responsibilities:

• Support project management, including system testing, within HR Services team for payroll and leave management system migration project and digitalization efforts.
• Serving as primary HR contact and develop relationship with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct employee communications sessions related to change management plans and user experience trainings.
• Create/maintaining an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency.
