Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work on plumbing, heating, air-conditioning systems, fire protection system as well ventilation system under the facility's responsibility.
• Coordinate contractors for installation and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshooting issue on mechanical and HVAC systems within the facilities and address the issue promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories to track performance and compliance.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
• Supervise junior facilities staff and train them on safety procedures.
• Perform any duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good hands-on experience in HVAC/ACMV or mechanical system
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot issues on-site
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
• Able to work in East area
